Krystle is the Co-Chief Executive Officer at We Are Team Rocket (Pvt) Ltd which is a start-up focusing on specializing in B2B growth marketing and staff augmentation. She is an experienced strategic planner, focusing on process improvement, risk management, and product development. She also sits on the Board of PMF Finance PLC as the youngest non-executive independent Director. Krystle is a diversity and inclusion specialist and Co-founded the Enable Lanka Foundation and Generation Youth. At GenUth they aim to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to create sustainable livelihoods, foster innovation, and thrive in an ever-changing world. Enable Lanka Foundation is also the Sri Lankan partner for the APAC Microsoft Enabler program, which provides online training in data engineering and programming, cloud computing, and application development to young people with disabilities. Krystle is a Fellow of Asia Society, Salzburg Global Inc., ChangemakerXchange, and The Millennium Project which is a Think Tank based in Washington DC. She was the Community Champion for the Global Shapers for Southern India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives chapters. Krystle became the first Sri Lankan to be honored with the “Commonwealth Young Person of the Year” award by Queen Elizabeth II in 2017. She was selected as one of the 50 young people to attend the 2019 Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum. Her work has been featured in ‘I Am Inspired’ book published by two Sri Lankan authors, BBC London and Asia, the House of Lords in London, Commonwealth articles, SBS Australia, Institute of National Security Studies - Sri Lanka, Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Sri Lanka and many other national newspapers and television channels.
