Women Leaders Boardroom Dinner with Henrietta H. Fore
Henrietta H. Fore is global Co-Chair of the Asia Society and will address a Women Leaders Boardroom Dinner. Ms Fore will speak on the Asia Society's Women Leaders of New Asia Initiative, which seeks to develop a growing cross-sectoral community and network of senior and emerging women leaders from the Asia-Pacific region.
Henrietta H. Fore is also Chairman and CEO of Holsman International and Co-Chair of WomenCorporateDirectors. Ms. Fore serves on the Boards of Exxon Mobil Corporation and Theravance, Inc. She is Co-Chair of the North Africa Partnership for Economic Opportunity; a Trustee of the Aspen Institute and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Ms. Fore also serves on the Boards of the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy, Diagnostics for All, Center for Global Development, and Women's Foreign Policy Group.
From 2007 to 2009, she was Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and Director of U.S. Foreign Assistance, holding the equivalent rank as Deputy Secretary of State. From 2005 and 2007 she served as Undersecretary of State for Management. She was the 37th Director of the U.S. Mint in the Department of Treasury from August 2001 to August 2005.
