Architecture Tours

Guided tours of Asia Society Texas Center will take place each month on a select Saturday afternoon from 1:00 – 2:00pm. These opportunities to see Yoshio Taniguchi's first free-standing structure in the United States will focus on the materials, influences, and ambience of the building. Architecture tours are free and open to all. Tour stops will include:

  • The Brown Foundation Performing Arts Theater
  • Edward Rudge Allen III Education Center
  • Elkins Foundation Water Garden
  • Fayez Sarofim Grand Hall
  • The Water Garden Terrace

Gallery Tours

Docent-led tours of Asia Society Texas Center’s exhibitions allow visitors to experience art on a personal level, learn about art historical periods and styles, and hear stories associated with the artwork. 

Gallery tours take place from 2:00 – 3:00pm and are free for Asia Society members; $5 for nonmembers.
