Dr. Saleem H. Ali, a professor of Environmental Studies at the University of Vermont, will address the challenge of providing Asia's growing population with life-essential water in a lecture titled Water and Energy: The Yin and Yang of Sustainable Development in Asia and Beyond. Professor Ali's talk will be the first in the two-part ConocoPhillips Environmental Lecture Series. Part Two will take place on Oct. 29 .
