On February 5, we asked YOU, our readers, to Instagram us photos of what you'll be eating for Lunar New Year 2013. Within the day, the submissions for the hashtag #AsiaSocietyLNY started pouring in. February 10 marked the beginning of the Year of the Snake and by then we received Instagrams from around the world.
From handmade dumplings to mountains of noodles to elaborate seafood meals, the photos made us drool and wish we were there to share in the feasts!
With the celebrations running until February 24, we urge you to continue sending us more delicious Instagrams of your Lunar New Year meals with the hashtag #AsiaSocietyLNY.
In the meantime, enjoy a sampling of the photos we received so far — and if you can identify some of the dishes, leave us a comment with the photo number and description.
