Osborn Elliott Prize for Excellence in Journalism on Asia (Complete)

NEW YORK, May 26, 2016 — The Washington Post correspondent Sudarsan Raghavan is awarded the 2016 Osborn Elliott Prize for Excellence in Journalism in Asia Thursday afternoon at Asia Society. Raghavan discusses his reporting from Afghanistan with John Hockenberry, a radio journalist from PRI's The Takeaway. Tom Nagorski, the executive vice president of Asia Society, and veteran jouranlist and Osborn Elliott Prize Jury Chair Marcus Brauchli provided introductory remarks. (1 hr., 4 min.)
