Among key participants were: Han Sung- Joo, President of Korea University, Kishore Mahbubani, Dean, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Simon Tay, Chairman, Singapore Institute of International Affairs, Christopher R. Hill, Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, U.S. Department of State, and Richard C. Holbrooke, Chairman of Asia Society.
