The 2007 Asia 21 Young Leaders Summit

The 2007 Singapore Summit, which was held from October 5 to 7, focused on the theme “Moving Forward Together: Inclusive and Sustainable Growth in the Asia-Pacific.”

The opening session featured a discussion on the experiences of social entrepreneurs and session speakers shared their experiences in the founding and running of public service organizations. Other Session topics at the 2007 Summit included the role of women in sustainable growth, the role and responsibility of business and media in promoting inclusive and sustainable growth. 

At the 2007 Summit, the Asia 21 Public Service Award was presented to the organization Odanadi seva Samsthe.
