Chinese Consulate in SF hosts ASNC YPG and Chinese Entrepreneur Assoc.
The Consulate of the People's Republic of China in San Francisco hosted the Chinese Entrepreneur Association and ASNC’s Young Professionals Group (YPG) on Wednesday, June 22 for a happy hour that brought members of both organizations together to meet and exchange views. In the opening ceremony, Consul General Luo Linquan spoke of the importance of promoting people to people exchanges among new generations to create closer ties between China and the United States. Kenneth Wilcox, Co-Chair of the Asia Society Board of Directors, offered remarks on behalf of ASNC expressing hope that ties between the Consulate and the Asia Society will continue to become stronger with time.
Miguel Oropeza Caballero, Programs Co-Chair of the ASYPG and Kang Jiande, Deputy Head of the Chinese Entrepreneur Association also offered their remarks on behalf of their respective organizations.

ASNC's YPG is an association of young professionals who share a strong interest in Asia. Its members are talented, savvy, and globally-minded future leaders in their twenties and thirties.
