VIEW EVENT DETAILSPresident Obama's visit to India in November cemented the importance of India in today's world economy. As one of the world's fastest-growing economies, with a growth rate touching 10%, and with increasing needs ranging from infrastructure to consumer goods, India is an increasingly important geography for global corporations. Equally, India's talent pool and the dynamism of its corporations are increasing their impact on the global economy.
At the end of February, the Government of India will publish its Economic Survey and submit its Budget to the Indian Parliament. A group of experts from business, academia, and government will give an overview of the economic survey and budget and provide their thoughts on where India is going in 2011. Please join us for the third consecutive year in which we will host a program on India's Prospective.
