During Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's Asia Society speech on February 13th and her recent official Asia trip, she created a tremendous amount of goodwill in the countries visited. Now comes the tough part. As the new State Department Asia team settles in, how can Secretary Clinton and the Obama administration translate the goodwill into policy?
