Working here at Asia Society has given me invaluable insights into the behind-the-scenes of event management. I was able to sharpen many skills from the diversity of jobs I was given, from docent tours to organised administration. The work environment is very friendly and extremely supportive of new interns; a great place to cultivate more work experience.

As a current fine arts student, working with the Programs (Art and Culture) team has given me insights into the function of arts beyond the school and the gallery. I have also gained many meaningful relationships during my time here, both personal and professional.
Jenny Lu/ Gallery/ The University of Hong Kong/ Year 2
One of the best art galleries in Hong Kong with fantastic exhibitions! Being a visitor to the Chantal Miller Gallery itself is already quite a fantastic experience, and now I'm actually getting involved in the curatorial and installation tasks behind- this brings about more challenges and fun than I expected. I could not express enough gratitude to the guidance and tremendous support from the wonderful gallery team at ASHK.

Mine has been an amazing internship experience – the globalised working environment here enables me to learn much more about other cultures and, in particular, the arts and museums around the world. I have also benefitted from working with great colleagues who are willing to teach and guide me. Overall, my internship at Asia Society is one that I will never forget.

Working as part of the Strategic Development team has allowed me to facilitate Asia Society’s mission, by liaising with leading corporate and individual philanthropists to bring to Hong Kong and ultimately Asia, the works and thoughts from leading international talent. Various opportunities to attend events and interact with leaders across various sectors were invaluable.
