Intern Sharing: Summer 2016
My internship experience was really invaluable as I was able to take a deeper look into the different aspects of arts and culture. Also, it was great that I was able to work with people who shared the same passion. |
Working as an intern at ASHK has helped me to gain a better understanding of myself and my future career path. I would like to express my sincere thanks to my supervisor who guided me throughout the whole internship period. My time at ASHK was unforgettable! |

I enjoyed my internship with ASHK. Guiding heritage tours, creating photo archives and drafting event promotional posts all at the same time was challenging but exciting. Moreover, being able to get in touch with all the excellent colleagues both on and off office hours provided me with great opportunities to improve myself.
|
I had the opportunity to set up the heritage tour for visitors with visual impairments by modifying the script with clear descriptions, and I was very happy to hear positive responses from the visitors. It was a meaningful job, as visitors with special needs can now enjoy visiting Asia Society Hong Kong Center. |

Louise Lee (January - June 2016) The internship has shaped me into a more communicative, confident persons and enhanced my problem solving skills. It also strengthened my perseverance in overcoming difficulties. I would like to express my gratitude to the supervisors and colleagues who provided opportunities and guidance to me. |
The greatest thing about interning with the Gallery team was that I got exclusive opportunities to see how things worked behind the scenes. I saw workers carefully hanging the artworks and staff meticulously double-checking the captions and fine-tuning the lighting. Everything seemed so wonderful! |
