Timothy P. Flynn is Chairman of KPMG International, which has more than 137,000 professionals serving 144 countries. He is also Chairman of KPMG LLP, its U.S. member firm. Mr. Flynn has held key leadership positions throughout the firm and is currently client service partner for several of KPMG's largest clients. Before becoming Chairman, he was Global Managing Partner Audit and Global Managing Partner for Human Resources at KPMG International. In 2008, Mr. Flynn served on the Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession, established by U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Hank Paulson, which recommended fostering a more sustainable auditing profession. He sits on the World Economic Forum's International Business Council, the Business Roundtable's Corporate Governance taskforce, and the board of trustees at the Financial Accounting Foundation.
