News: Ascend Metro New York & Connecticut – Inspiring Across Generations (IAG) Conference
The capability of any single individual—as heroic and skilled as he or she may be—is no longer sufficient to meet complex global challenges. In today’s business environment, technology and globalization have shrunk the world, transforming the rules for engaging talent. In addition to strong technical skills, the rise of collective leadership requires collaboration with networks of leaders.
The next generation must build diverse relationship networks and communication skills to succeed in a globally competitive marketplace. Ascend is the premier national, non–profit professional organization dedicated to enabling its members, business partners and the community to leverage the leadership and global business potential of Pan–Asians. The one-day Inspiring Across Generations (IAG) Conference for Pan–Asian professionals highlights how to connect, inspire, and ascend in corporate America.
On April 20, 2013 over 600 Pan–Asian professionals and students will gather the iconic Yankee Stadium, a venue echoing the theme of Leadership in a Global Economy. Come join the New York Metro and CT/Westchester chapters for a unique experience filled with workshops and panels designed to help you realize your potential.
