Global Youth Conference 2010: Youth and Peace
VIEW EVENT DETAILSAsia Society is co-hosting the Youth and Peace panel discussion at the Global Youth Conference 2010. This panel will discuss the role of youth in the peace building process, in the post-conflict reconstruction and in international diplomacy.
With the recent humanitarian crisis all over the world—particularly the devastating floods in Pakistan, earthquake in Indonesia, and super-typhoons in the Philippines—it is important to actively engage, inspire, and empower the youth to create a lasting positive impact on their communities.
