Asia Society notes the passing of Chinese painter Wu Guanzhong, a major artistic figure of the twentieth century, who made an enormous contribution to our understanding of art and visual culture. He was 90 years old.

Ingredients

For tofu adobo
1/2 cup Datu Puti soy sauce
1/2 cup Datu Puti cane vinegar
1 block of firm tofu
enough olive oil to coat your frying pan
1 head of garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon peppercorn

For steamed cauliflower
cauliflower, cut up to serving pieces
olive oil
salt

Serves 4.

Ingredients
4 bananas (leave peel on)
3 oz. (85 g) dark or milk chocolate bar, broken into pieces
1/2 cup (40 g) sweetened coconut flakes (or other toppings of your choice, like chopped nuts or chopped fruit)

Directions
1. Lay the bananas sideways. Carefully slide the bananas open (cut through the skin and through the banana itself) without cutting through the bottoms or through the ends. You're creating a pocket for the chocolate.

2. Tuck the chocolate inside the banana.
