The Obama administration has imposed fresh sanctions on North Korea and is conducting military exercises with South Korea in response to North Korea's alleged sinking of a South Korean warship two months ago.
Secretary Clinton's recent visit to Pakistan was less hostile and generally more promising than her last. Still, relations between the two nations remain complicated and not everyone is pleased with the outcome of Clinton's visit.
