On December 13, 2011, 65 youths, who were rounded up at a punk rock concert on Saturday, had their their spiky mohawks — deemed insulting to the Islamic image — buzzed off. Other forms of 'moral rehabilitation' included bathing in a lake, changing their clothes and praying at a police school in Aceh Besar in Aceh province, Indonesia.
