A powerful earthquake hit China's southwest province of Sichuan Saturday morning, a region that was devastated by a massive tremblor in 2008. Chinese authorities said the quake, centered in Lushan County had a preliminary magnitude of 7. Early reports say more than 150 people have died and thousands are injured.
