Asia Society Australia, Art Gallery of NSW and VisAsia Council are proud to present a special breakfast briefing with Mrs Carrie Lam, Chief Secretary for Administration, Hong Kong Government.
Mrs Carrie Lam, will brief the Asia Society Australia, VisAsia Council members, supporters and friends about Hong Kong’s unique role as a centre of the interconnected Asia and the multifaceted relationship between Hong Kong and Australia.
Mrs Lam is the most senior minister who assists the Chief Executive of HKSAR in supervising nine bureaux and ensuring co-ordination in policy formulation and implementation. Mrs Lam also covers specific priority areas which cut across bureaux such as population policy and poverty alleviation, and is responsible for forging a closer and more effective working relationship with the Legislative Council (parliament).
The breakfast will be held under the Chatham House Rule and will provide guests with an excellent opportunity to engage with the guest speaker.
